Rod Stewart feeling his age with a new baby

Rod Stewart needs an afternoon nap to cope with becoming a father again. The 'Maggie May' singer and his wife Penny Lancaster, 40, welcomed their second child Aiden into the world in February and Stewart admits raising the tot and his older brother Alastair, five, is taking its toll on him.
He said: 'I think the fun you have with the little ones keeps you on your toes and their innocence reminds you of what's really important in life. Just like a child, I do find I need the odd afternoon nap too.'
Along with Aiden and Alastair, Rod has six other children - 48-year-old Sarah, who was raised by adoptive parents, Kimberly, 31, Sean, 30, Ruby, 23, Renee, 18, and 16-year-old Liam with four of his former partners - but insists he won't change his parenting style at all.
He explained: 'I'll be taking him down the same avenue as my other boys, with trains and football. I look forward to Aiden and Alastair growing up together, being best buddies.'
Rod plays a series of dates this June - let's hope he has a nap before taking to the stage.
