Robert Kubica leaves hospital

Robert Kubica has been released from hospital after recovering from the serious injuries he suffered in February.

The Renault driver had spent 10 weeks at the Santa Corona Hospital in Italy following a rally accident.

Despite partially severing a hand and having multiple arm and leg fractures, the hospital released a statement to say Kubica's condition is "good".

It is now expected that Kubica will return home to Monaco to rest before starting a rehabilitation programme.
