Public Enemy to headline Bestival 2011

Hip-hop legends Public Enemy will headline this year's Bestival festival on the Isle of Wight.

The news was confirmed on BBC 6 Music yesterday by event organiser, Rob Da Bank.

The group's appearance at the festival, which takes place at Robin Hill Country Park from September 9-11, will be a UK exclusive.

Public Enemy join a bill already containing Primal Scream, The Cure, Robyn, Crystal Castles, DJ Shadow, Katy B and A Trak.
