Pearl Jam to play UK festival?

Rumours are currently circulating suggesting that US rockers, Pearl Jam are set to headline the 2010 Hard Rock Calling Festival. The Festival has now been going for 3 years and has become increasingly popular with UK music fans.Past headline acts have included The Police, Bruce Springsteen, Eric Clapton and The Killers. Last year's Hard Rock Calling event was headlined by Neil Young and included a brief performance from Paul McCartney.

Pearl Jam have yet to confirm whether or not they will be playing at the 2010 Hard Rock Calling event, but it has been revealed that an "exciting announcement" will be made next Monday (December 7).
