Not long til Download lineup is revealed

According to festival booker Andy Copping, there's not long to wait now until the much-anticipated lineup for Download 2010 is revealed. Writing on Twitter earlier today, Copping said: 'Loads of rumours going round about who's playing Download...not long left...the first wave of bands will be announced in just over two weeks.'

Although no act has been confirmed for the Download Festival yet, in December AC/DC announced on their official website they were playing the festival, only for it to be taken down minutes later. Also heavily rumoured for the Donington Park event are Pearl Jam, Muse, Motorhead, Bullet For My Valentine and Volbeat.

Tixdaq will be among the first to any news of the lineup but be warned:the Download festivalwill sell out fast once the bands have been confirmed.
