Comedy king Will Ferrell brought the house down with his acceptance speech at this week’s GQ Awards.
Actor Ferrell, who picked up the Editor’s Special Award, claimed he had taken cocaine prior to coming on stage, but we take everything he says with a pinch of salt.
Ferrell, pictured above wearing a Chelsea shirt, is said to be a keen football fan.
However, he is also American. And, as such, it doesn’t quite work when he tries to talk about the beautiful game.
The Step Brothers and Anchorman star began his skit of Mourinho by saying the Chelsea manager’s name in a horrific accent.
He then addressed the Special One and said: “Keep playing defense man. Seven guys in the box… I love it.”
Mourinho was at the awards ceremony with with teenage daughter, Matilde.

Looks like someone may have overdone it at the free bar. Talking of freebies, you can claim up to £100 in free bets with bonus code “MAXBONUS” for Matchbook.
