Red Rose take on the Auld Enemy at home on Saturday.
England have made two changes to the side that stunned world champions New Zealand in December for their opening RBS Six Nations encounter with Scotland at Twickenham.
Gloucester centre Billy Twelvetrees will line up for his first cap in place of the injured Manu Tuilagi, while Joe Marler replaces Alex Corbisiero at loose head prop, also due to injury.

“Sometimes opportunities present themselves in different ways and I’ve always been of the opinion, you know, if you lose a player through injury, it creates an opportunity for someone else,” said head coach Stuart Lancaster.
“When we lost Dylan (Hartley) in the Autumn internationals, I remember thinking what we’re going to do and Tom Youngs comes through and suddenly Dylan’s now on the bench thinking I want to get back in the team so we know that Manu (Tuilagi) is going to be fit for next week and we hope Billy puts a marker down this week, and we’re left with another difficult decision.”
Scotland last wrestled the Calcutta Cup from English hands in 2008 when they triumphed 15-9 at Murrayfield, but they have not won at Twickenham since 1983.
