The young Englishman scores late on to save Moyes’ blushes.
Manchester United’s unconvincing pre-season campaign continues as the Red Devils draw 2-2 with Japanese side Cerezo Osaka – with Wilfried Zaha’s first goal for the club saving the match late on.
Osaka took the lead when Chris Smalling gave the ball away, before Shinji Kagawa equalised for the visitors – with relief for the Japanese international having previously missed an open goal and a penalty.
United went behind again though in the second half, before Zaha popped up in injury time to save new manager David Moyes from his third defeat in four matches this summer.
