The NFL set the bar almost impossibly high after having the Seahawks play the Packers in an exciting Thursday night game.
Now that the first real Sunday of the NFL season is here, it’s time to check out the five games this week that you absolutely cannot miss:
5. Cincinnati Bengals vs. Baltimore Ravens – The Ravens and the Bengals are in the midst of arguably their most successful runs in franchise history. The Ravens stumbled in 2013 after winning the Superbowl the year before but still have the look of a contender now that the Ravens have star TE Dennis Pitta back. The Bengals in the meantime have made it to the playoffs in three straight years – the first time in team history – and are the defending AFC North champions. Both teams have great defenses and young QBs that know how to air it out. This game should be one of the most hard-hitting, close games of the weekend.
