Mourinho wants goalkeeper reunion at the Santiago Bernebeu.
Real Madrid boss Jose Mourinho is keen on a reunion with Chelsea goalkeeper Peter Cech, according to Italian source TuttoMercato.
The Portuguese tactician dramatically dropped iconic captain Iker Casillas for the second consecutive La Liga match last weekend and has set his sights on the Czech Republic international, who has been an ever-present at Stamford Bridge for the past five seasons.
With a number of Chelsea’s old guard heading for the exit this summer, the experienced keeper may be open to a move to the Spanish giants, despite racking up almost 400 appearances for the West London side since his £7m move from Rennes in June 2004.
The Blues have highly rated Belgian youngster Thibaut Courtois to call upon should Cech fancy a move to the Spanish capital and the Blues can recall the 20-year-old keeper from his loan spell at Atletico Madrid this month.
