Gerrard and Sturridge also score well for the Reds at this halfway stage of the season…
Liverpool enjoyed an excellent first half of the season, that has been slightly tarnished by consecutive defeats over the Christmas period to Manchester City and Chelsea.
A win on New Year’s Day though helped Brendan Rodgers’ side climb back to fourth, a position they will be more than happy to finish in come the end of the season.

10) Jon Flanagan – 6/10
The young fullback came into the side after first choice left-back Jose Enrique picked up an injury early on in the season, and surprised everyone by putting in a series of accomplished defensive performances. His work-rate and tackling have been particularly impressive, and he’s kept French international left-back Aly Cissokho on the bench when available. During the 5-0 rout of Tottenham, Flanagan even managed to score his first ever professional goal, too.
