Redknapp wants his former charge to join him at Loftus Road.
Jake Livermore is a target for Harry Redknapp as the QPR manager gears up for a busy transfer window.
He said: “Jake’s a good player. There’s lots of time for him. He’s a possibility. He’s a player I like. If Tottenham are willing to do something he’s someone who’d interest me.

This is certainly a deal to keep your eye on.
QPR boss Harry Redknapp is a big fan of Jake Livermore and handed the 23-year-old his full debut for Tottenham at the beginning of last season.
The tidy midfielder went on to make a further 37 appearances for Spurs in all competitions.
Although Redknapp mainly used Livermore in the Europa League and cup competitions, he also trusted the youngster in central midfield for key Premier League matches and the youngster impressed with his work-rate and positioning.
Livermore has since gone on to win his first England cap, in the friendly with Italy in November, but has made just just 3 Premier League starts under Redknapp’s successor, Andre Villas-Boas, and should be allowed to leave White Hart Lane this month.
With Moussa Dembele, Sandro, Scott Parker, Tom Huddlestone and Tom Carroll all ahead of him in the pecking order at White Hart Lane, and Joao Moutinho a target for January, Livermore’s prospects at Spurs look bleak and a loan move to QPR would suit all parties.
Redknapp’s struggling side need goals but they also desperately need to work harder and press more in the centre of the park and Livermore’s no-nonsense attitude could be exactly what the Hoops require as they look to complete the great escape.
