North Melbourne midfielder Levi Greenwood has reportedly requested a trade to Collingwood.
The on-baller, who finished third in the club’s best and fairest, is currently holidaying in Bali but informed the Kangaroos of his decision on Tuesday.
North Melbourne recently offered Greenwood an upgraded three-year deal in an attempt to keep the player at Arden St., however it is now likely the 25-year-old will bolster a Magpies midfield that looks set to lose Dayne Beams to the Brisbane Lions.
The move is likely to involve a second-round draft pick.
Greenwood has played 74 games for the Kangaroos since making his debut in 2009.
