Baseball’s biggest names express sadness over the death of St Louis prospect.
News broke on Sunday night that St Louis Cardinals prospect Oscar Taveras and his girlfriend had passed away in a car accident in the native Dominican Republic, and a shocked baseball community took to Twitter to express their dismay at the loss.
A number of former teammates, presenters and news anchors all spoke out as the news was breaking, painting a truly tragic picture of a passing of a future talent.
