Red Devils closing in on deal for England wonderkid.
Manchester United will hold further talks with Crystal Palace in the next 24 hours as the Red Devils close in on England winger Wilfried Zaha, reports the BBC.
Fulham vs Manchester United tickets are now available for the match at Craven Cottage on 2 February!
Sir Alex Ferguson has remained behind while the squad travelled to Qatar for a short training camp and the Scot is expected to be involved in the advanced negotiations for the youngster.
United are understood to be willing to pay Palace £12m and could loan Zaha back to Championship side for the remainder of the season – a move that will serious aid the South Londoners promotion push.
But Zaha will be eligible for this season’s Champions League and, with United facing a last 16 clash with Real Madrid next month, it’s unclear whether Ferguson will want to winger to move north immediately.
Zaha came through the ranks at Selhurst Park and has scored 15 goals in 124 appearances for the Eagles since making his debut against Cardiff in March 2010.
He was named Football League Young Player of the Year last season and has also been linked with moves to Arsenal and Tottenham.
