Liverpool fans have had their say and two thirds of them believe that Jurgen Klopp will become their new manager.
In a poll taken by Sky Sports, 67 percent of the responses believed that the former Dortmund coach would be arriving on Merseyside after the decision was taken by the club to sack Brendan Rodgers on Sunday.
The announcement came just hours after Liverpool had secured a 1-1 draw with Everton, with Rodgers leaving after arriving at the club in 2012.
However, the search is undoubtedly on to appoint a new man during the international break, with former AC Milan and Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti also linked with the post.
While the Italian seems like an unlikely option given that he is currently on a sabbatical after undergoing back surgery earlier this year, it has left the road clear for Klopp to emerge as the most popular choice for many.
Nevertheless, with speculation that the German tactician could take over from Pep Guardiola at Bayern Munich next summer, as reported by The Daily Star, it remains to be seen whether or not he is convinced that a move to England is the right decision for him.
