Liam Gallagher has withdrawn his lawsuit against his brother following Noel's apology.
Liam, frontman of Beady Eye, lodged the legal complaint after Noel had said he cancelled their Chelmsford V Festival appearance because Liam was hungover. However, in a live webchat to his fans this week, Noel said: "I'd just like to say that if he gets offended by my opinions on such things then I apologise."
In the same webchat, Noel added more shows to his October tour, his first with his new outfit Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds.
Noel Gallagher tickets are available now.
