Juventus sporting director Giuseppe Marotta has hinted the club may have to sell star player Paul Pogba to Chelsea, Arsenal or Manchester United this summer, according to CaughtOffside.
The French international is wanted by a whole host of the world’s biggest clubs, and Marotta concedes that the player himself is in charge of his destiny at this point.
“Pogba is the protagonist of his own destiny and if he decides to leave then we can’t stop him,” Marotta said. “Pogba has not indicated a willingness to leave, though.
“The problem will come when the player is offered a contract that is two or three times what he already earns. We’re talking in the tens of millions per year.”
