Everton midfielder Ross Barkley has taken advantage of England’s early World Cup exit by retreating to this sunny holiday destination. He posted this picture on social media website Instagram shortly before the tournament’s second round kicked-off.
The 20-year-old was in impressive form for his club last season, and did enough to force his way into Roy Hodgson’s squad. He came on as a substitute in both of England’s first two games before starting the third and final match against Costa Rica.
