Hull City and Arsenal meet in the Premier League ahead of their FA Cup match in May, with the Gunners’ injury crisis gradually easing and some of their key first team stars set to return.
Arsene Wenger is set to pair Mathieu Flamini and Aaron Ramsey in central midfield, with the Frenchman coming back from a two game suspension for two yellow cards, and the Welsh midfielder fit to start after only taking part as a substitute against West Ham United in midweek.
Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain too could return to the starting line-up on the right wing, while the form of Santi Cazorla, Lukas Podolski and Olivier Giroud bodes well for the north London outfit.
Record signing Mesut Ozil may start on the bench at the KC Stadium, as could Serge Gnabry and Nacho Monreal.
Hull boss Steve Bruce has masterminded victory over Liverpool and gave former club Manchester United quite a scare at home, but Hull have the second worst record against teams in the top half of the table of all Premier League sides, with only Fulham having managed poorer results.
Of Hull’s 17 games against teams currently in the top half of the table, they have won just two and drawn two, losing the 13 others.
Arsenal beat them 2-0 at Emirates Stadium in December, and will hope for a similar result here.
