It has been announced that Florence and the Machine are to play a one-off show in London this month, in support of the release of the band's new album, Ceremonials. Florence Welch and her group will perform at Hackney Empire on Tuesday 25th October.
Ceremonials will be released the following week and is the follow-up to the band's critically acclaimed debut, Lungs. The group are expected to perform the new material at the upcoming Hackney show, after having already released tracks What Water Gave Me and Shake It Out online in recent months.
Florence and the Machine tickets are set to go on sale this Friday, with the band expected to announce a full 2012 UK tour in the near future.
