Top five Week 2 college football games
Week 3 of college football is dawning, and Florida State remains atop the rankings after fighting off a serious case by Oregon, who moved up to No. 2.
Although there will not be any game as big as Oregon vs. Michigan State, there are still a few games that will be worth watching.
Here are the top five games for college football fans to keep an eye out for this weekend.
5. Purdue vs. No. 11 Notre Dame
Purdue is coming off a 38-17 blowout loss to Central Michigan, and they will have to play Notre Dame at home. Although this game will not likely be close, it will still be interesting enough to watch as the Fighting Irish are emerging as a legitimate contender, and fans will be able to see how dominant they can be following a 31-0 shutout over Michigan. Quarterback Everett Golson will also look to establish himself as a Heisman candidate.
