Josh Warrington returns to the ring this weekend as he faces Dennis Tubieron for the vacant WBC international featherweight title looking to extend his unbeaten record and move closer to a world title.

Warrington (20-0, 4 KOs) has stormed his way through the division to pick up the British, Commonwealth and European titles, and is now on the verge of breaking onto the world scene.
His opponent can expect a raucous and intimidating atmosphere in Leeds such is the following of the Brit, as they are rapidly becoming renowned for their passion in supporting their hometown fighter.
However, it won’t be an easy night’s work given that Tubieron is ranking in the top 15 by both the WBC and WBA, and he comes with a relatively impressive record of 19-3-2.
Promoter Eddie Hearn will naturally expect his fighter to get through his next task, particularly with big fights ahead later in the year including a potential world title shot.
As a result, Warrington will not be underestimating his opponent and will be desperate to avoid any slip-ups. The 24-year-old has looked more and more impressive with each fight he takes, and he will be looking for another stoppage on Saturday night.
