Chelsea head into their Champions League match with FC Basel knowing that a draw in Switzerland will book the club’s place in the last 16.
Basel will be without forward Marcelo Diaz for the match due to a broken rib, although Behrang Safari might return to the starting XI and Serey Die is fit despite an injury scare on Monday.
For the visitors David Luiz is definitely out having not traveled with the squad due to a knee problem, but Fernando Torres could return and Ashley Cole is fit despite a niggling rib issue.
The Blues lost the reverse fixture to Basel at Stamford Bridge on the opening day of the campaign and will be looking to seek revenge.
The match will be live on Sky Sports with coverage starting at 7pm. If you don’t have a Sky subscription why not grab yourself a NOW TV Sky Sports Day Pass – Pay As You Go access to all 6 Sky Sports channels for the first time ever!
