Gunners target moves to Russia in mysterious circumstances.
Ligue 1 oufit Rennes have claimed that Arsenal, QPR and Tottenham target Yann M’Vila has signed for Rubin Kazan but the deal remains shrouded in mystery, with the Russia club currently under a transfer embargo.

It was widely reported that Rubin had agreed a £9.6m fee with the French club for M’Vila on Tuesday and, despite a late bid from an unnamed Premier League club, Rennes say the deal has now been completed.
“Stade Rennais, FC Rubin Kazan and Yann M’Vila have reached an agreement for the permanent transfer of the French international. After the traditional medical visit, the Rennes midfielder joined the Russian club officially on Wednesday evening,” read a state on Rennes official website.
But last month the Russia FA banned Rubin from registering any players this month, as punishment for unpaid wages owed to former striker Roman Adamov, who was at the club from 2008 to 2012.
Rubin were also fined $3,250 and ordered to pay all outstanding money to Adamov within 30 days.
Rennes made no reference to the transfer embargo and, while there is nothing to stop Rubin signing M’Vila, as things stand the 22-year-old will not be able to play for the club until next season.
