The Cincinnati Bengals host the Cleveland Browns at the Paul Brown Stadium for the primetime game on Thursday night, with first place in the AFC North on the line.
The Browns go in search of their third consecutive victory but they will also be hopeful of ending a 17-game losing streak on the road against all their divisional rivals.
Cincinnati are strong at home regardless of the opposition, as they are in the midst of a 13-0-1 home stretch and have won five straight over the Browns at Paul Brown Stadium.
Nevertheless, a win for Cleveland would give them a share of first place alongside the Pittsburgh Steelers and it ultimately sees them with their best chance of making the playoffs since 2002.
The hosts will likely be without running back Giovani Bernard for the clash as he continues to struggle with a hip injury, but his absence provides rookie Jeremy Hill with another opportunity to impress.
Hill had a 154-yard game against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday, completing two touchdowns on 24 carries. Mohamed Sanu is also in dangerous form after collecting 27 receptions and three touchdowns while averaging 92.8 receiving yards in his last five games.
The Bengals received a boost with the return of receiver AJ Green as he caught three passes for 44 yards and a touchdown in the win over the Jaguars, but he conceded that he hopes for a better performance against the Browns.
Quarterback Andy Dalton will hope to lead the charge but he has been in shaky form in recent weeks after throwing five of his six picks in the last four games. He has thrown nine touchdowns, seven interceptions and posted an 83.1 passer rating while splitting his last four meetings with Cleveland, and so he will be desperate for a more efficient performance.
