Josh McCown was in negotiations with the Buffalo Bills, but he has been signed to a three-year deal by a different team…
The Cleveland Browns quarterback situation will be even more complicated heading into 2015, as free agent Josh McCown has signed a three-year deal with the Browns.

McCown had previously signed a two-year deal with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers before being cut after one disappointing season. The 35-year-old was unable to repeat his success as a backup for the Chicago Bears.
Brian Hoyer is entering free agency, and there is no guarantee that the Browns will re-sign him. Johnny Manziel has entered rehab after an abysmal rookie season, so McCown will have every opportunity to win the starting job.
This keeps the quarterback carousel alive in Cleveland though, and it has lasted for over 15 years now.
