The Indianapolis Colts host the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday evening looking to improve on their 4-2 record after winning four consecutive games.
Since starting the season with back-to-back losses, the Colts have moved to the top of the AFC South after winning four straight and quarterback Andrew Luck has been a fundamental part of that run.
Luck leads the NFL with 1,987 yards passing and 17 touchdowns, six shy of his career high, while he threw for 370 yards and three touchdowns last Thursday in the win over the Houston Texans.
In addition, the form of TY Hilton has been a huge boost for Indianapolis, with the receiver ranking fourth in the NFL with 604 receiving yards and tied for fifth with 40 receptions.
However, in contrast, the Bengals are winless in two after their heavy defeat to the New England Patriots prior to the tie last weekend against the Carolina Panthers.
Having gone into Week 4 as the only unbeaten team in the league, Cincinnati (3-1-1) have slightly lost their way over the past fortnight but they will be looking to get back on track on Sunday.
They may have to do so without AJ Green who could sit out for the second consecutive week with an injured big toe as he was unable to practice on Friday. Giovanni Bernard had been a risk to join him in the treatment room with a shoulder injury, but he is cleared to play.
The Bengals have won the past two meetings between these two teams, but both games took place in Cincinnati where the franchise had been on an 11-game winning streak prior to last week’s tie.
In contrast, the Colts have won all six clashes in Indianapolis since 1997, but despite those coming with Peyton Manning playing, Luck will hope to keep the run alive.
