The English duo are joined by Eto’o on the injured list.
Jose Mourinho has something of a selection headache ahead of the last game of their season on Sunday, with Sameul Eto’o, Frank Lampard and John Terry all out for Chelsea.

The Blues take on Cardiff City in the Welsh capital in the Premier League at the weekend to bring to an end Mourinho’s first year back in charge of the club.
Although there have been some positives – another Champions League semi-final perhaps being the biggest – a campaign with no trophies will not please the 51-year-old, or owner Roman Abramovich.
Cardiff are already relegated so in theory there is nothing but pride to play for at the Cardiff City Stadium on Sunday, although Mourinho will be keen to end the term on a high.
With Eto’o, Lampard and Terry’s contracts all expiring at the end of the season their injuries could well mean at least one of them has played their last match for the club.
Whilst the striker only arrived at Stamford Bridge from Anzhi Makhachkala last summer and therefore will probably not be greatly missed by the fans, the English duo are considered true club legends.
Terry is the sole remaining product of the youth academy in the current squad, breaking into the first team back in 1998 and winning every major honour possible with the Blues.
Lampard has matched his captain in terms of silverware, having arrived at the Bridge from West Ham United in 2001 and is now the club’s all-time top-scorer.
