The Blues are three points clear of Manchester City at the top of the table going into 2015 and will be confident of securing the Premier League crown, as long as they are able to secure these two buys:
Andrej Kramaric (Rijeka)
The first of the two being targeted is Croatian striker Andrej Kramaric from HNK Rijeka, for whom the 23 year-old has been in astonishing goalscoring form this season both in Croatian domestic football and the Europa League. Chelsea are believed to have made a £7.8m offer for Kramaric, which will also include Chelsea travelling to Croatia for a friendly match to open Rijeka’s new stadium, and are waiting to see whether it will be accepted. Having been reliant on Diego Costa for goals this season and with second choice Didier Drogba in the twilight years of his career, a talented young striker would certainly be welcome at Stamford Bridge.
