The former England skipper, 33, is said to be frustrated by the delay in Chelsea offering him a new deal, with his current contract up at the end of this season.
The Blues are understood to have only given Terry vague hints about a possible renewal and some sources close to the player have reportedly told the Mirror that Terry is resigned to leaving Stamford Bridge at the end of the season.
Terry, who has been with the club since 1995, has been a key player in Jose Mourinho’s new-look Chelsea side this season, playing 22 times in the league and scoring twice.
He has made over 600 appearances for the club and won the three Premier League titles and a Champions League title
