The Portuguese maestro wants his players to have the mentality of his former striker superstars…
Chelsea’s outspoken manager Jose Mourinho has pleaded with his team to follow the example of his former players Didier Drogba and Zlatan Ibrahimovic, reports the Mirror.
Mourinho won the title with Drogba at Chelsea, and Ibra at Inter Milan, and wants his current side to learn from their winning mentality.

The Blues take on Sunderland on Wednesday evening, hoping to continue their excellent recent Premier League form.
“I like to put pressure on them, yes, but you have to analyse the players you’re working with,” Mourinho said.
“I gave Didier (Dorgba) as an example. When I put real pressure on him, the animal was always coming out.
“Ibrahimovic at Inter – exactly the same. When I put real pressure on him, I knew that the answer was coming.”
Mourinho’s Chelsea team had a sluggish start to the season, but are now in full flow, and their extremely impressive strength in depth is there for all to see.
They’ve won three of their last four league matches, and Mourinho has the luxury of bringing in the likes of £33m signing Willian and two time Chelsea player of the year Juan Mata as rotation options.
Despite this, Mourinho has put pressure on title rivals Manchester City by lauding their attacking options.
“The squad is absolutely amazing. They have solutions and solutions and solutions,” said the Portuguese.
“If you ask me which team has more ammunition, I have to try and be honest. I have to apologise to the others in case they’re not happy with what I say, but City are the team with more ammunition.”
If Arsenal lose this evening, Chelsea could go within one point of top spot, while City could overtake Mourinho’s boys if they slip up against the Black Cats.
