Yet if Real Madrid want the striker it will cost £100m.
It seems as if Arsenal have missed their chance to ever sign Liverpool superstar Luis Suarez as the club tie up a new contract with the forward.
The five-year deal makes the 26-year-old one of the best paid players in the Premier League and also prices the Uruguayan at £130m if the Gunners ever wanted to sign the attacker.
However, other potential party Real Madrid would pay £30m less as the Reds mark a higher release fee for English clubs.
ESPN: Luis Suárez has two release clauses, £100m for foreign clubs and £130m for Premier League clubs.

The form of Suarez in 2013 has seen the South American’s reputation rise rapidly and Arsene Wenger was close to landing the striker in the summer.
In the end that deal fell through and the north London club moved for Mesut Ozil instead, but since then the Uruguay international has only improved.
Despite only playing 12 league matches this term due to a ban at the start of the season for biting Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic, Suarez already has 19 goals in the division.
This deadly form has lifted Brendan Rodgers’ men to the top of the table, but holding onto the highly rated star could prove extremely difficult.
It was a shrewd move from the Merseysiders to tie up a new deal with Suarez, but having already spent a world record £85.3m on Gareth Bale this year there’s every chance Madrid would still pay the full £100m.
