Young Arsenal midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has always been known for his confident approach to the game, and it seems as though the former Southampton man now has teammate Jack Wilshere in his sights.
Chamberlain posted a picture on his Twitter account showing him wearing Wilshere’s number ten training jersey – and promising his teammate a battle for one of the club’s most illustrious squad numbers.
The likes of Robin van Persie and Dennis Bergkamp have been recent owners of the Gunners’ number ten shirt, meaning that it is easy to see why Chamberlain would be so keen in taking it off his Arsenal and England teammate.
Might have to rob this number off Wilsh soon…. @JackWilshere tell me suttin…. #No10 #Arsenal pic.twitter.com/4ccaEonBzO

The shirt didn’t do Chamberlain and Arsenal much good, however, as they were beaten 1-0 by the New York Red Bulls in a pre-season friendly in the USA.
