Arsenal’s 2013-14 Premier League fixtures begin with the hosting of Aston Villa at Emirates Stadium before an August north London derby against arch rivals Tottenham Hotspur.
Arsenal begin the 2013-14 Premier League season with a testing match against Aston Villa at Emirates Stadium, who have already done plenty of transfer business this summer.
The Gunners then travel to Craven Cottage to face Fulham, before another battle in the capital: the north London derby against Tottenham Hotspur.
A testing November includes consecutive matches against Liverpool and David Moyes’ Manchester United, before facing Manchester City back to back in December.
The traditionally tricky January is not too much of a test for Arsene Wenger’s team on paper, with the club facing Premier League new boys Cardiff City as well as mid-table teams Aston Villa, Fulham and Southampton, but March could prove a real struggle for the Gunners.
They first face Stoke City at the Britannia Stadium, before hosting Swansea City, visiting arch enemies Spurs then Chelsea, before finally welcoming Manchester City to Emirates Stadium.
Should they overcome those tests, Arsenal will be in a good position come the end of the season.
