Ne-Yo being sued by former personal manager

US RnB star Ne-Yo is being sued by his former manager, for the second time in five years.

Munir Mahmud has filed papers against the singer, claiming he cheated him out of royalty payments along with breaching the terms of a previous settlement made in 2006. Along with demanding the singer pay his legal fees and requesting a trial by jury Mr. Munir is seeking a court order to allow him to examine the singer's accounts to determine how much compensation he is owed.
