My future will be in England, says Jose Mourinho

Real Madrid manager Jose Mourinho has confirmed his desire to return to England, but accepts that he still has a job to do for the Spanish giants.

Speculation arose in January that Mourinho may leave after a row with general director Jorge Valdano over player transfers, but Mourinho has now said he expects to see out the rest of his contract.

"My future is at Real Madrid," Mourinho explained at a press conference yesterday. "I have a contract and it looks as though people are happy with my work."

"My future will be in England, for sure, but that future is after Real Madrid. At the moment I have a contract for three more seasons and I hope I do well enough to deserve to continue here."
