Michael Jackson, who isdue to perform 50 dates at the London O2 Arena from July 8,is to be sued by a rival live concert promoter for claims he has already agreed to a reunion tour and to not perform live until 2010.

AllGood Entertainment wants the shows at the London O2 Arena to be cancelled after suggesting attempts to negotiate with Michael Jackson had failed.

AllGood Entertainment claims that Michael Jackson's manager signed a contract stating no other concert deal was to be agreed until 2010, and that Michael Jackson was to perform with his family in Texas on July 3 next year.

Randy Phillips, President and CEO of AEG Live(the concert promoter for the record-breaking residency at the London O2 Arena), is aware of the claims made by AllGood Entertainment but dismissed its validity.

It seems the King of Pop, Michael Jackson, is still set to take the stage at the London O2 Arena for the Michael Jackson - This Is It tour, which starts on July 8 this year and comes to a close on February 24. Michael Jackson is set to play 50 shows during his residency at the London O2 Arena.

Michael Jackson tickets for the This Is It tour are still available to compare at tixdaq.com
