Liam Gallagher to play at Teenage Cancer Trust?

The Who frontman Roger Daltry has revealed that Liam Gallagheralmost joined forces with his band for the upcoming Teenage Cancer Trust series. The legendary British rockers are to conclude the charity series on March 30 and Daltry has confirmed that he wanted the former Oasis star to team up with the group. Speaking to Absolute Radio,Daltry said: 'I actually rung Liam to be part of The Who night, but he's otherwise engaged.'
Noel Gallagher is already set to play at the charity series, which will also see performances from the likes of JLS, Them Crooked Vultures and the Arctic Monkeys. The Teenage Cancer Trust series starts on March 22 at the Royal Albert Hall and tickets, starting from just 38 pounds, are available to compare through Tixdaq.com.
