Kim Clijsters survives scare at Indian Wells
By Warren Moore, on 14th March 2011, 12:13 UTC
Kim Clijsters overcame a difficult second set and her own problematic serve to beat Italian Sara Errani 6-3 2-6 6-4 at the Indian Wells WTA tournament in California on Sunday.
Belgian Clijsters may be unhappy with her overall display, but at least she recorded a win. Third seed Vera Zvonareva was upset 4-6 7-6 6-4 by Slovakian Dominika Cibulkova in a marathon lasting just over three hours.
Tennis tickets, including Wimbledon, are available now.
