Kasabian have confirmed that they will embark on a UK tour in April and May 2011, although dates are yet to be announced. The band have already announced headline performances at The Isle Of Wight Festival and Rock Ness this year, which will now be preceded by a number of intimate shows across the UK.
Kasabian recently won Best Act In The World Today award at the Q Awards, and members Tom Meighan and Sergio Pizzorno are rumoured to be heavily involved in an upcoming British sitcom. Speaking to NME, Meighan revealed, "We're going to go back on the road in April or May, and we're going to be doing the small shows again 1,000, 2,000 people a night."
Kasabian tickets will go on sale soon for shows across the UK, with venues set to be confirmed shortly.
