The Leeds band will take to the main stage before headliners Kings of Leon.
Foo Fighters and the reformed Pulp appear on Saturday, and Kasabian close the festival after Beady Eye on Sunday.
Tim Burgess and Mark Collins from The Charlatans have just been confirmed as playing an acoustic slot on the Garden Stage, where Midge Ure and James Walsh from Starsailor performed last year.
The sold-out festival takes place June 10 - 12. Last year's Friday night headliner was Jay-Z, who surprised the gathering crowd by bringing on Kanye West towards the end of his performance.
