Justin Bieber causes chaos outside Liverpool Hotel

Bieber Fever took over the streets of Liverpool last night, as crowds gathered outside the hotel where Justin Bieber was staying. The pop star is due to perform at Liverpool Echo Arena tonight, and was advised to stay indoors yesterday evening in order to prevent a 'possible riot situation.'

The Canadian singer was later granted permission to wave to the hordes of fans from his hotel balcony.
