Manchester favourites James are to embark on a full UK tour in October, accompanied by an orchestra and choir.
The seven-piece rock band will play nine dates across the country, and will be accompanied by 22-piece Orchestra of the Swan and 16-piece choir made up of members from the prestigious Manchester Consort. The tour will begin on October 23rd at the Wales Millenium Centre, Cardiff and conclude in the Royal Albert Hall, London on November 4th. Throughout the tour, the band will be playing some of the most beautiful classical venues in the country.
James have sold over 25 million albums since their formation in 1982. In 2001 they split up following the departure of frontman Tim Booth, but reformed in 2007 and have been in high demand ever since.
