I deserved to be dropped, says Jimmy Anderson

Jimmy Anderson has admitted that he deserved to be dropped by England for the Cricket World Cup, but he is not ready to retire from one-day internationals yet.
After spending so much time touring with England before the World Cup, Anderson seemed to suffer from fatigue more than most. But he has accepted that this was not the only reason.
It was a different ball game than the Ashes, Anderson told M.E.N. Sport.
In Australia, the red ball was swinging but in India the pitches were flat and the white ball wasn't doing as much. I found it tough and in a competition like the World Cup if you are not on top of your game you get found out, and I got punished.
I couldn't argue when I was left out. I hadnt done anything to keep my place, I wasn't bowling well.
