Hot Chip have penned a song about Susan Boyle, bandmember Joe Goddard has revealed. He said that 'Keep Quiet', which is taken from the band's upcoming new album 'One Life Stand,' was written after he watched Boyle sing 'I Dreamed A Dream' on Britain's Got Talent.
'I'd never seen it before and I found it quite incredible," Goddard told Billboard about the song. "Just listening to that made me want to write a song.'
Hot Chip's 'One Life Stand' will be released on February 8 and they are celebrating its release with an upcoming UK tour. Kicking off at the O2 Academy in Glasgow, the tour includesvisits to a number of top venues across the UK including dates in Edinburgh, Manchester and London.
