Florence and the Machine working on new material

Florence Welch, of Florence and the Machine, has revealed some of her inspiration behind her latest material. After recently winning her first BRIT award, and preparing for a UK tour next month, the singer has already begun work on her new album.
Speaking to the BBC, Florence Welch explained that the material is some way from being finished, although one song, titled "Spectrum," was inspired by rainbows and prisms.
The Florence and the Machine UK tour kicks off on May 2nd at Dublin's Olympia Theatre and includes visits to a number of top UK venues including London's HMV Apollo, Blackpool Winter Garden's and Edinburgh Corn Exchange. The tour draws to a close with a huge headline show at Cooper's Field, Cardiff.
