Fernando Alonso has admitted that his Ferrari team has made a very poor start to the Formula One season, but he accepts that the situation can quickly be turned around.
The Spanish star is hoping for a third drivers' championship this year but currently sits in third place after three races. He is 42 points behind leader Sebastian Vettel.
Alonso said in his blog on the official Ferrari website: "It was definitely not the start to the season we were hoping for, for us and all our fans.

"Formula 1 has always been like this: in one race you struggle to get into the top five and in the next, youre fighting for the win.
