Ferrari president jokes about future in politics

Ferrari president Luca di Montezemolo showed the lighter side of Formula One as he discussed speculation about his future in politics by naming his dream administration, with Fernando Alonso as Prime Minister.
Rumours have suggested the Ferrari supremo may leave the company to pursue a new career. When interviewed by La Gazzetta dello Sport, di Montezemolo said: "Me in politics? Yes, with Alonso as prime minister.
"I would have him because he has the strongest character and is optimistic but also a realist."
Montezemolo then went on to name an entire cabinet of worthy drivers.
"Vettel, who is smart and fast, Rosberg for being able to hold off Schumacher, Perez for his talent and Hamilton, a great champion," he said.
The biggest news however was the absence of Felipe Massa from the dream cabinet. Massa's contract with Ferrari runs out at the end of the season.
Three F1 legends were also mentioned: "Lauda, who was able to never pay for anything, not even a drink, Schumacher never gave up, and before he died Senna told me that his dream was to win a world championship with Ferrari."
