Editors to play at intimate venue

Editors have announced an intimate gig at London's Water Rats venue on January 27. The venue is more known for bands just starting out rather than explosive stadium-fillers like Editors, and this news will pleasantly surprise fans keen to get up close and personal with the Brummie rockband.

Editors released their third album, In This Light And On This Evening last October and will be celebrating its release with an upcoming UK tour.

Starting at the University of Lincoln's Student Union, they will be performing at venues including the O2 Academy in Glasgow, the O2 Academy Brixton and the Guildhall in Portsmouth. The Editors UK tour draws to a close with a hometown gig at the O2 Academy in Birmingham.
